Casebook PBC, a public benefit corporation, and its affiliates (collectively, “Casebook”, “we” or “us”) is concerned about privacy issues and wants you to be familiar with how we collect, use and share information. This Privacy Policy applies to information that you submit or we collect from or about you when you use public-facing parts of our websites (including https://pbc.casebook.net/) (collectively, our “Site”); fill out a form on the Site; request information about our products and services; sign up for our marketing communications; make a purchase from us; engage with us on social media; apply for a job at Casebook; or otherwise interact with us other than through the Casebook Platform, Casebook solutions, and our other applications for human services (the “Casebook Applications”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information submitted to or otherwise collected via the Casebook Applications and related services, which are instead covered by a separate privacy policy. This Privacy Policy also does not apply to aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the “Last Updated” legend at the top of this policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our website homepage or sending you a notification). ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICS
We allow others to provide analytics services and serve advertisements on our behalf across the web and in mobile apps. These entities may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers, and other technologies to collect information about your use of our Site and other websites and applications, including your IP address, web browser, mobile network information, pages viewed, time spent on pages or in mobile apps, links clicked, and conversion information. This information may be used by Casebook and others to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests on our Site and other websites, and better understand your online activity. TRANSFER OF INFORMATION TO THE U.S. AND OTHER COUNTRIES
Casebook is headquartered in the United States and we have operations and service providers in the United States. We and our service providers may transfer your personal information to, or store or access it in, jurisdictions that may not provide equivalent levels of data protection as your home jurisdiction. We will take steps to ensure that your personal information receives an adequate level of protection in the jurisdictions in which we process it.

CASEBOOK DOES NOT SOLICIT INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN UNDER AGE 13
Casebook does not encourage nor do we knowingly collect personal information from children under age 13 on our website or through third party websites or applications. If you are a child under the age of 13 and wish to contact Casebook through our website or a third party website or application, we request that you do so through a parent or legal guardian.
CASEBOOK IS NOT A HUMAN SERVICES AGENCY
While Casebook’s mission is to assist human services agencies and the individuals they serve, Casebook is not a human services agency. Please do not provide personal health information or other protected information to Casebook via the Casebook website or a third party website or application that connects to Casebook. If you or someone you know is in need, we encourage you to contact one of your state or local agencies.
