Like other organizations, COVID-19 has caused us to make some changes to ensure the health and safety of those we serve and our team.
On March 10th, we instituted a volunteer remote work policy, and as of March 16th have switched to a mandatory policy, closing our New York office for the foreseeable future. As an extra precautionary step, travel is canceled until further notice, and employees will conduct all business through remote technology. Prior to the current crisis, Casebook PBC was already a remote-friendly workplace, ensuring that employees are fully equipped to work remotely as needed; these recent changes to company operations are an extension of those capabilities and practices.
During this time, our customers and the entire Casebook PBC community can expect the same level of dedication, service and customer commitment. We are open for business and ready to continue helping throughout this global emergency.
